By utilizing the high-precision instantaneous analysis platform of single aerosol particle characterization observation system and aerosol online monitoring system, the physical analysis lab is able to conduct a wider spectrum analysis and researches on its morphology and optical characters. The lab commenced the research on the effects of homogeneous and heterogeneous reactions to aerosol formation mechanism from a wide range of numeric magnitudes. Furthermore, physical analysis lab involves in research on the light absorption of aerosol, vertical distribution of aerosol particle spectrum and the radiation characteristics via high-altitude detection and laser observation methods. Meanwhile, the lab also dedicates to the research on generation of, collection of and the analytical technologies of micro-particles, as well as the instrument R&D in atmospheric pollution and nano-particle research.
