Project group listened carefully to the relevant authorities in Shijiazhuang City, the contents of reports, agreed that the Shijiazhuang City in the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution, solid work, remarkable achievements, and in respect of the city air pollution control capital investment, straw Jinshao control experience marketing, environmental policy, and relevant departments to conduct extensive exchanges. Project group that coal and dust source is in Shijiazhuang City, there is an urgent need to control the two major sources of pollution, we should renew the idea, enhance the ability of technological and strengthen management etc. of more effective control of PM2.5 pollution. In addition, scientific and accurate PM2.5 source analysis and emission inventory will be established is the key and difficult point in the next work.
Subsequently, the project team inspected the Shijiazhuang City Environmental Protection Bureau atmospheric gradients stations and Hebei Huadian Shijiazhuang Lu Hua thermoelectric Co., Ltd.. Respectively, Shijiazhuang city atmospheric pollutants of temporal and spatial distribution and coal-fired power generation pollutant emissions and governance issues associated with field staff were in-depth exchanges and lively discussion.
