Kochy Fung

        Dr. Fung is involved in monitoring projects of more than 50 gaseous and particulate matters and has been studied as a major investigator in California, Houston,, and the northeast of the United States on the atmosphere of the carbonyl and VOCs large studies. He took the lead in the application of the DNPH method in the study of the atmosphere of the carbonyl group. He is a research area of acid deposition monitoring program: EPRI 's can be operated by the technical director of the assessment system and the California Air Resources Bureau of the first co investigator. Dr. Fung was the first investigator on the development and evaluation of hydrocarbons, hydrocarbons, and carbonyl projects in the research methods. He designed the method of carbon monoxide for organic carbon and elemental carbon, which has been used in many studies of visibility studies. For example: SCENES and Project Mojave in 1987, the southern California air research, research on particulate pollution caused by asthma in children, and in South Korea, the research on particulate air pollution and nitrogen dioxide in Taiwan and Hongkong.
