Forum invited to the Hong Kong Institute of education assistant professor Dr. Wing-kei Ho (He Yongji Dr.) doing exercises for the "Application of nano and advanced Photocatalytic materials for air purification" of the report.

    Dr. He Yongji:

Dr. He Yongji graduated from Chinese University Hong Kong, and received a doctorate degree in chemistry from Chinese University Hong Kong in 2005. In 2006, Dr. he obtained the Hong Kong Polytech University postdoctoral research scholarship, in the Department of civil and environmental engineering, Hong Kong Polytech University, indoor air purification. In 2008, Dr. ho received the of Research Ministry (Innovation and) postdoctoral research grants, and of Western Ontario University (University of Western Ontario) Department of mechanical and materials engineering as a postdoctoral researcher, engaged in the research and application of nano photocatalytic materials. In 2009, he joined the Hongkong government innovation and technology department in one of the R & D Center - Nano and advanced materials R & D Institute, the use of nanotechnology and advanced materials in the development of innovative environmental technologies. In 2012, he joined the Hongkong Institute of Education Science and environment department as assistant professor, engaged in environmental protection technology research and education, environmental research and other teaching work.

Dr. He Yongji has been working in the field of air pollution control, environmental technology and nanotechnology research, in the past 4 years, Dr. ho received about 8 million Hong Kong dollars of government research funding, including research and development and application of nano film technology in environmental and health industry, indoor air sampling and testing, air quality control, etc.. Dr Ho 's number of research results have been published in more than 60 internationally renowned journals. Including Catalysis B: Environmental Environmental, Science and Technology Chemical, Communications Applied and other high impact factors of international journals, from 2001 onwards, Dr. ho published papers were cited more than 4800 times, average every research paper was cited more than 90 times, Dr. Ho's H index (index H) was 27. Dr. ho in the advanced photocatalytic performance of titanium dioxide thin films, the preparation of titanium dioxide photocatalyst and the photocatalytic purification of environmental research results, has been in the United States, Europe, China and Hongkong to obtain more than 10 patents. Dr. ho in 2013 obtained by the Research Grants Council (RGC) issued by the government of Hongkong 2013/14 "Outstanding Young Scholar Award".
