International air and Waste Management Association of air pollution control, outstanding achievement award was established in 1955 by the Institute founder Frank A. chambers 1899-1951 a international award, to recognize the inherent in the world of air pollution control has made an outstanding contribution to the scholars. The awards annually award no more than one person. The prize does not accept individual applications, three renowned scholars nominated and independently submit letters of recommendation.
