The eighth Asian aerosol conference held in Sydney Australia

    2-5 days in December 2013, the 8th Asian aerosol Conference (the 8th Asian aerosol conference, AAC2013, http://www.aac2013.com/) in Sydney, Australia is held ceremoniously. Asian aerosol conference every two years held a, aimed at high-end communication of aerosol in the field of science and technology, provide a broad, comprehensive professional platform for academic research, technology research and development.
The meeting by the Asian Aerosol Research (AARA) initiated by University of Sydney. By aara chairman, Chinese Academy of Sciences earth and Environmental Research Institute Cao Jun Ji researcher and Queensland University of Technology (Queensland University of Technology) Professor Lidia morawska served as the chairman of the meeting. High level scientific and technical personnel to participate in the meeting on behalf of the related research institutions, universities and enterprises of more than 200. Including from China, Australia, Japan, South Korea, India and Singapore countries (regions), and outside of Asia, the representatives from the United States, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, a total of more than a dozen countries.


    This meeting has invited 10 famous scholars made a wonderful report to the general assembly. Cao Jun Ji researcher and Lidia morawska professor invited to respectively entitled "atmospheric PM2.5 pollution and haze formation in China" and "urban air pollution: trends and challenges in Asia" report to the general assembly, Xavier Querol professor do the entitled "from Spain: for ultrafine particles" wonderful report, Takafumi Seto professor for aerosol nanoparticles - synthesis, measurement and control of urban aerosols made a lively speech. In addition, the Neng-Huei Lin Professor, Dr. Sachi Tripathi, Professor Chan Chak, Yong Pyo Kim Professor, Wang Lin and Professor Marie h Roux Ms. also invited to made a report to the general assembly.


    The conference set up five venue, the branch exchange report more than 80, venue issue relates to the aerosol research, including aerosol chemical, physical characteristics, Aerosol Observation new method and new instrument, aerosol and precipitation, climate change and the weather, the aerosol exposure studies, secondary organic aerosol formation with aging, aerosol remote sensing aerosol emission reduction technology, urban and indoor aerosol, burning process of aerosol emissions and carbon aerosols, aerosol simulation and source apportionment, bioaerosols and nanometer aerosol research and so on. In addition, the meeting also posters exchange exhibition 65 and 6 exhibition equipment suppliers from around the world.


Conference issued the 2013 annual Asian aerosol research Young Scientist Award AYASA, the prize awarded Chinese scholars to flourish, and Kinfai Dr. Ho and Japanese scholars Takashi ogi, etc. three outstanding young scholars. Besides, the general assembly also selected the best Poster Award 3. The closing session of Japan Jinze won the 2015 Ninth Asian Conference on power announced aerosol.
